These internet servers are owned and operated by Novatrope, Inc. (herinafter Novatrope). Your agreement for internet services is strictly with Novatrope and no other party is authorized to mdofiy the following terms in any way.
Novatrope will supply network connectivity, disk space, and access to servers.You may resell any of these services to other customers, at prices that you shall solely determine. You must make these customers aware of the following “Allowable Use Policy” and “Dislcaimer” Sections of this document. You agree to hold Novatrope harmless in any dispute arising from your failure to notify your customers of these policies. You are required to bill and collect from these customers and to provide technical support to them.
ALLOWABLE USE POLICY
You may not use nor allow any of your customers to use any facilities, computers or servers of Novatrope for:
1. Any illegal act;
2. Any repetitive, unattended or automated process;
3. Any UNSOLICITED email or message sent to more than 15 recipients.
Violation of this ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY may result in termination of the offending account, or your entire account. In addition, there may be civil and criminal penalties for sending unsolicited emails. Any violation of the unsolicited email rules will result in immediate termination of the offending account. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the service in that case.
Technical Support
Our technical support staff is available to assist you with any technical problems you may have. However, unless you choose for us to provide such support at extra cost, you are expected to handle technical support for your customers, and they should not be given our technical support number. Technical support is available toll-free at 1-800-364-6603 from 9:00AM to 6:00PM PT M-F.
DISCLAIMER
Novatrope, Inc. hereby disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from lack of connectivity, including, but not limited to, loss of business from failure of web pages to serve, and losses resulting from undelivered email, both sent and received. We also disclaim any responsibility for and information your customers may receive over the internet. We provide connectivity to the the internet, which is a vast collection of networked computers all over the world. Some of these computers may contain material that is offensive or illegal in a variety of ways. You should advise your customers of these disclaimers.
Billing Policies
We will bill you at the end of each moth for customer accounts active during the month (minimum billing 5 accounts). Accounts opened or closed during the month will be prorated to the actual number of days in use. The actual amount billed will be offset against the prepayment that we have received for the month.
You will be required to make a prepayment for the upcoming month, based on the number of customers active at time of billing.
Payment is due by the 15th of the month. If payments are not received on time, your accounts may be deactivated. You are responsible for payment of all accounts, regardless of whether you have received payment from your customer.
We require an initial deposit when you open your account. The amount of that deposit is the estimated cost of usage for the first month. The minimum opening deposit is $100. We bill by PayPal; we will send you an invoice for your initial deposit.
The initial deposit is refundable to the extent that actual billings on your account are less than the deposit.
